Comes in overall solid shape WITHOUT the original brown shipper and with some shelfwear to the figure box. This was bought pre-owned and the previous owner used glue to pop the hair back on since it would come off when changing the head (a pretty common issue with some of the EXO-6 figures). It's hard to tell but I took a closer pic at the slight discoloration. Comes from a pet friendly home so there will probably be a few stray dog hairs about.
