This is the Star Trek Experience Quarks Valentine Special Menu 1998 Las Vegas Hilton. The Las Vegas Hilton hosted the Star Trek Experience and in 1998 on Valentines Day it was the special grand opening with 4 couples getting married on the Starship Enterprise - afterwards they spent time at QUARKS, which was a full bar/restaurant as part of the ST Experience.
