Overall is in good used condition does have some scratches, comes with certificate and power cord tested and one light don't turn on unless I push it in, the rest of the lights turn on good, will come with original foam only no box, this item came out of a storage and the foam is dirty, the price will reflect that, I will pack it really good in thick sturdy box.
