The White Handel is a limited Edition from Entertainment Earth long out of production hard to found from 2012. New in original box comes from original case never used ore displayed. The original batteries are dead and maybe oxidized see picture. Phaser may not working need bigger batteries and maybe cleaning ore can fixed I get not the right batteries and have no time to fix it.
