Greg Jein was a very well known Star Trek TOS prop collector and authority (born October 31, 1945 in Los Angeles, USA; died May 22, 2022 in Los Angeles). The AG7 round button may have inspired the locations and size of the Gary Seven pen pop-out antenna.  

Star Trek Mego 1975 Tricorder Cassette Tape Player Vintage FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. Tricorder isn't turning on at all. Has a broken spring in the battery compartment. This is an untested toy Missing parts with no corrosion in the battery chamber. It comes with the hard to find cardboard star field and usually missing swing away hook. Space object is also included. It also includes the instruction sheet. The box is all there with some light wear and a small crush in one corner and water stains. Overall graphics are clean and bright and it displays well.
