Artwork is very cool and a must have for the Trekkie fan seeking a 1 of a kind piece from a locally renowned toy, comic, collectibles dealer from the 70's to the 2010's, named Bob Monko. Louis Missouri and used to own a comic book store back in the mid 80's, which he later turned into a career in vintage toys (both Japanese and American), art and other memorabilia of all sorts. He was a Science Fiction fan, Horror fan, Heavy Metal fan, as well as a talented artist that could look at a cover and draw what he saw. Sadly, he passed away back in October 2017, leaving all his worldly and outer worldly possessions to me.
This artwork is not dated or signed by Bob, but, it was in his art collection with other pieces he drew over the years. When I tell you these are one of a kind pieces, I mean it. You won't find another pair like this.
These are too cool to remain anonymous, they belong in a frame and displayed proudly. Are is approximately 12.5" x 12.5". Sketch is on a about a 1/8 thick panel or canvas (not sure, so I called an art supply store and that was their best guess without seeing it). The "chalk" art on black art paper is just thin art paper.
