   Figure is brand new in packaging. Plastic bubble has come detached from the cardback. Previous owner used tape to hold it in place. Not sure if a small portion is still connected to card, but from looking at it, looks to be completely separated. Some places on the cardback near the plastic bubble have been torn. Was told figure was never removed from packaging. Left the tape on it to prevent doing any further damage to the packaging. Original body: Marked Mego 1974 - Joints all good, holds a pose and no cracks found. Arms/legs held in place firmly with original elastics. Clean overall with good paint/color.
