Except for USS Exeter, 1st pilot, 2nd pilot and Season 1 all measure 3.25'' wide or tall whichever is the longest side. 1 x Yorktown measures 3.25'' approx. Embroidered onto gold-backed fabric which is interfaced and then given a patch backing - The USS Exeter is embroidered on a neutral colour fabric then interfaced and a patch backing added. Embroidered in'Lustre' Embroidery threads to give tones and depth.

It took many fabric choices before I settled on this colour, texture and make. I used a variety of stitches including zig-zag, satin and chain stitch. The patches can be sewn, ironed or glued on. As a freebie, I do include enough double-sided iron-on for all the patches.
