Star Trek TOS: DStines Phaser 2 HERO Ratcheting Metal Nozzle & Emitter. The HERO nozzle comes with an acrylic Emitter. The nozzle is made of metal, and it has a ratcheting center. DStines was a part of a group of 5 or 6 individuals, that were both fortunate and lucky enough to participate in a private first hand inspection of the Greg Jein TOS phaser 2 HERO. A very small amount of others have also have been able to privately view and handle it, in other private sessions, but not many of them were able to thoroughly inspect it, both inside and out, as these lucky individuals were.
This particular visit has been discussed privately amongst collectors, and is one of the more infamous stories to make it rounds within the Star Trek Prop community. I have very high confidence in 4 of the known individuals, whom were in attendance. Some are still in the secret shadows. These DStines Phaser 2 HERO Ratcheting Metal Nozzles and Emitters, were made after his visit and inspection of the real deal.
These Phaser 2 HERO Ratcheting Metal Nozzles and Emitters, are the closest you will find to the real deal. They are accurate to what's seen on the Greg Jein Phaser 2, and to what's seen on TV screens. The DStines Phaser 2 HERO Ratcheting Metal Nozzle does not spin, and it doesn't turn without catching and locking. As you turn the center ring on the DStines' Nozzle, it will catch and lock as it ratchets.
