This is the Holy Grail of the Classic Star Trek Movies Widevision Cards by Playmates/Skybox. He unreleased missing Spock card!
Playmates Toys included trading cards which were printed by Skybox Cards, packaged with their figures. At the time of printing, Leonard Nimoy was in negotiations on a publishing deal with Paramount so a short run of his card ended up getting printed for the sake of time. Nimoy ended up not approving any cards so production of his figure went ahead NO card included.
