Please note sell sheets cannot be combined with other items. We dispatch items on a Monday and a Thursday.
Please be aware that the post office are extremely incompetent. UK items should be delivered in 1-2 days but it is possible for them to take longer. International items should be delivered in 5-7 days but it is possible for them to take up to 28 days, we really don't understand why. We have never (fingers crossed) had an item get lost using these two methods. We try our hardest not to make mistakes but we're only human and occasionally mistakes do happen. Unfortunately we're not blessed with psychic powers so we need to be told that there's something wrong. Leaving a rant on our feedback doesn't help anyone, please talk to us. We will always try and correct any problem.
