It is in extremely good condition for being almost 50 years old, and as much as I wore it. There is a slight rip towards the bottom of the zipper, the right pocket has one of the stitches slightly unraveling at the top and there is a pocket on the left sleeve that also has a bit of loose stitching. The tag says it is size small.
