These figures are brand new, never opened, but the packages have some notable imperfections- The top cardboard flap that would support the figures hanging on a peg hook, has a bend crease on 2/3 of the packages. In the pic of all 13 figures, the bottom 4 figures (McCoy, Scotty, Chekov, Sulu) plastic has somewhat yellowed.

There is a couple pics of Saavik showing that her package is in one of the best conditions, if not the best, with no bends in cardboard, and no yellowing plastic. So, in general, all of the packages conditions are new, but may have various imperfections.
