The game has been tested with batteries and with a power adapter and everything works except the spinning disc above the screen. From our research it appears that this is pretty common. We are not sure how hard it would be to fix. The battery compartment looks clean. The box has wear including scratches, scuffs, dents, tears in the artwork, and tape.
