This is a Star Trek : The Movie (2009) Captain Kirk Replica Tunic with the black Starfleet undershirt AND 3 badges (command, engineering, and medical) all from Anovos. They are modified mens size 12 DKNY boots.

I cant guarantee that, but they were convincing enough for me to be happy with them. I only wore this 2 times. Fit great, but it just hangs in the closet now so time to get rid of it.
