Ot without some rubbing and marks from being hung at the movie theater but nothing that affects the overall quality or appeal. Please see photos and zoom in on them to view all flaws. There are some tape marks and stains on back, but again, nothing that affects the overall quality. Folded down this great looking banner measures just 9 x 12 closed, but opened up it measures a full 10 6 x 40. Take a look at the pictures Ive supplied. This banner is so big that it is as wide as my single garage door. You can actually see how big it is by the first photo with the marquee hanging on my yellow SUV. The other photos break it down by section for close up shots. Mere photos cannot do this item multi-colored justice.

Heres a UNIQUE item you wont find every day, if at all. Though folded all these years, there are no permanent creases to this marvelous looking item that can't be removed. This is one heavy-duty item. This is not a flimsy poster. Stored in smoke and dust free packing. Nothing to detract from the impressiveness of this item. Ive attached several photos for you to see for yourself. Ive closed up on the slight, natural imperfections on the marquee: smudges, etc. Not in pristine condition but nice anyway! It is in the exact same condition as I received it.

I obtained this item from a friend who used to work in a movie theater while we were both in college in Los Angeles, California. When the movie ended its play there and the studio didnt want it back, I became the lucky owner. You may think that my asking price is a bit exorbitant, but think about what you are getting. Big enough to hang across your garage door, or your living room wall, this is one unique item that will be the envy of your friends and family. This is one very cool piece of movie memorabilia not easily located!
I just retired and Im cleaning out my closets after downsizing. My loss is your gain. I hate to let this item go, but I just dont have the room any longer. All my items have never been handled except for storage and inventory over the years and are in new or near new condition.
